MagView: A National Software Provider for Breast Cancer Centers
After three decades of success as a trusted partner for breast center information management around the country, MagView came to LP Creative Co. for help with their brand and its visual identity. While their previous logo had proven effective for many years, MagView felt it was time for their branding to reflect how their software solutions have evolved over time, and how that innovation has kept them as industry leaders in the breast imaging market.
Finding familiarity in a fresh step forward
Because of MagView’s longevity and leadership in the breast imaging market, it was important to retain some facets of the original logo and visual identity, to reinforce the company’s continued dedication to breast imaging and the fight against breast cancer. Through a deliberate, strategic discovery process, LP Creative Co. worked to determine what those recognizable facets needed to be. Keeping the iconic breast cancer ribbon was an obvious choice, as well as the “signature” purple that has become a memorable piece of the MagView brand.
Illustration and content that are in-step with a changing market
A brand’s visual identity consists of more than a logo — if done properly and with care, design elements that are consistent and recognizable throughout all of a company’s assets can strengthen brand recognition in dramatic ways. LP Creative Co. provided not only a new visual identity, but also crafted a comprehensive style guide, designed custom illustrations, tailored SEO content, and UI design, all in-line with the brand strategy work we did for MagView.
